Call Recording and Consent Policy

1. Why We Record Calls

2. Notice of Recording

In compliance with applicable federal and state laws -- including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and state wiretapping statutes -- callers are informed at the beginning of a call if it is being recorded. By continuing a call after receiving this notice, you consent to such recording.

3. State-Specific All-Party Consent Requirements

The following U.S. states require all-party consent for call recording:

When required by law in these states, MyNowStream will obtain explicit consent from all parties before recording begins. If you do not consent to recording, please inform our representative at the start of your call. We will accommodate your request and continue the conversation unrecorded.

4. How Recordings Are Stored

• Recordings are stored securely on encrypted servers
• Access is limited to authorized MyNowStream personnel only
• We do not sell, rent, or share recordings with third parties except as required by law
• Recordings are retained for up to 12 months and then securely deleted

5. Your Rights Regarding Call Recordings

You have the right to:

• Request confirmation of whether a specific call was recorded
• Request access to a recording of a call you participated in (subject to verification)
• Request deletion of a call recording (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of recording by informing our representative at the start of the call
